How can I return an item?

According to the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” as amended by Government Decree No. 1222 of October 20, 1998, underwear and hosiery are included in the “List of non-food products of good quality” that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar models of other sizes, shapes , dimensions, styles, colors or equipment, when buying in an offline store.

The exchange or return of goods upon remote purchase is carried out only on condition that the goods have not been used, the presentation, consumer properties, as well as all protective tags and seals have been preserved.

Please note that requests for returns, exchanges or defects are considered within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

In the event of an exchange or return of an order for any personal reasons (did not like it, the size did not fit, changed your mind), the delivery fee is paid by the Customer. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will immediately replace the relevant items and deliver the order, incurring all logistics costs.
